If I had the choice, i'd build mine in Houston or somewhere in Montana, where noone is near and the chance of something outside affecting my servers, is few and far between. People that host theirs in cold climates would be the worst off, in my opinion. I wonder how they can have server farms in Northern Canada? I know of a few hosts that have theirs in -30* winters!
But if it's in such a hot and humid environment, your costs increase to cool the building and the units down. Just another factor you should consider if anyone is actually thinking of moving servers or a data center.

I know there is such a thing as too cold, but cooler would be better than warmer, in my opinion. That way there is less needed to cool the room, since the servers generate heat.
