Default Colo business and minimum income?

How many of you started colo business recenly?, How did you find so far?, Is this intresting or little bit of pain?

Colocation is a bit more cost effective to offer than dedicated servers. First of all, there is no upfront cost required to service a customer unless its a high-end one. Assuming you have the rackspace, power, ip addresses, switch ports and bandwidth to service them, you wont have to shell out any money to get the equipment because they'll be providing it.

Agreed. Plus, colocation customers generally need less support since they know what they are doing.

Yes, agreed, but we have to rent it from Datacenter before we could rent to others.

Renting it from the datacenter is easy, just buy some rackspace.
