Anyone else seeing large issues with AT&T network on east coast tonight?

We are seeing issues in NY, NJ, PA, especially with the Comcast to ATT peering, and ATT to Savvis or Tiscali.

Yes, I was seeing some problem with AT&T network and above.net. Have you seens any problem with above.net?
