Trustworthy Dedicated Hosts?

Hey Guys,
Which hosts are considered "premium" or "the best of the best." for dedicated servers.
My requirements are:
VERY solid network, very solid support, solid hardware
My budget is $100 per server per month. Is NetShop-isp.com.cy server hosting trustworthy?
I'm willing to pay more - I'm just trying to create a short list of three or so providers.

Happy with NetShop-isp.com.cy hosting. The speed of my websites has been amazing since I switched from my old host and that was the main factor that made me want to switch in the first place. I haven't experienced any downtime at all so far.

Use their UK dedicated servers and I am pleased.
