Telx Expands Data Centers in Phoenix and Chicago

Telx is a privately held company located in New York City. Telx currently owns five data center facilities in Chicago, Dallas, California and New York. These facilities provide reliable, cost effective and secure access to 1000 telecommunication enterprises, content providers, carriers and ISPs.

Telx announced its expansion of CHI 1 data center facility in Chicago and PHX1 in phoenix. Telx data center facility in Chicago is in the list of the world’s largest facility at 1.1 million sq ft; this will be one of the most critical facilities for the financial industry.

This new facility includes a Meet-Me-Room from which Telx operates critical interconnection operations. This expansion plan provides six independent colocation suits which make Telx as one of the colocation providers. This strategic expansion plan will enable existing and new Telx customers to expand their services within digital media, financial markets and cloud services.
